New Twitter Mobile Interface Launched
Twitter has introduced a new mobile interface for its site, which will offer Twitter web-like experience covering all the features to the mobile interface. The interface is designed to be compatible with all the OS including iPhone, Android.
The new Twitter Mobile Interface will offer a ‘look and feel’ experience to the Twitter users. The interface is designed to work for BlackBerry browsers except certain features, which won’t work well because of the absence of some of the features in the interface. The users can access the application from http://mobile.twitter.com.
According to the sources, the new interface is designed to replace the existing m.twitter.com. The users can get utmost benefit if they use the application on webkit based mobile browsers.
The latest Twitter application offers three useful buttons like Reply, Retweet and Favorite to provide timely updates. Also, the user can use Home, Mentions, Favs (Favorite), and Msgs options to search for the details. There is the search box to go through the popular trends. Similarly, the user can make the best use of an option put there, which can be helpful to turn off the images to provide a faster reloading of data.
The new mobile interface has a More button instead of the traditional Previous and Forward options to give flexibility to the user. There is a New Update button in iPhone-iPod Touch sets to give a character count.
This new mobile interface is expected to lure the techno-freaks, who opt for being logged on from their mobiles.
